Reservation/Booking Tips

  • Disney World Booking Tips and TricksKnow your important dates for booking reservations: 180 days for dining, 60 days for FastPass+, and 60 days for online check in.
  • When staying on site, you can book most or all of your dining reservations on your 180th day. This is especially important if you want to eat at one of the most popular restaurants including Be Our Guest (dinner), Le Cellier (dinner), Crystal Palace (before park opening breakfast), California Grill (late dinner). If you are willing to play with your dates or going at a busy time, you can likely get a preferred time later in your trip. You can book up to 10 days of advanced dining reservations on your 180th day before your arrival.
  • No discount available 180 days out? No problem! Book any package or room only deal (depending on how you are purchasing your park tickets) to have something on the books. You can always call and change/upgrade your package when discounts are available. Depending on the season, you may spend less money booking a package deal (which only requires $200 deposit on initial booking). Room only reservations require one night’s room plus tax at initial booking. Your reservation can always be cancelled (no fee 45 days out for a package and 3 days out for room only). If you cancel your reservation, your dining reservations stay intact!
